By accessing or using TaoWay Studio Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TaoWay Studio Tools provides a content management workflow that helps creators organize, review, and publish original educational video content to TikTok through official TikTok Developer APIs. The Service requires a TikTok account and your explicit authorization via OAuth 2.0.
You are responsible for all content you upload and publish through the Service. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit; (b) your content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights; (c) your content complies with all applicable laws and TikTok's Platform Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing and publishing original educational content. You may not: use the Service for automated, batch, or bulk posting; upload content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines; attempt to access TikTok APIs beyond the authorized scopes; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service uses TikTok Developer APIs in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms and Platform Policies. You acknowledge that TikTok may limit or revoke API access if your use violates their terms. We are not responsible for TikTok's actions regarding your account or content.
TaoWay Studio Tools and its brand assets are our proprietary property. You retain all rights to the content you upload through the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to API errors, content delivery failures, or TikTok account actions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time. Upon termination, OAuth tokens and stored content will be deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
